Menumaster's JET514 Accelerated Cooking Oven is an entry level unit that combines 1400 watts of microwave heat with 2700 watts of convection heat to give you quicker cook times and better food quality. The JETWAVE 514 unit evenly and consistently bakes, browns and toasts food up to four times faster than traditional methods and comes with USB programming capabilities for the ultimate ease of use.KEY FEATURES:
- Bakes 4 times faster than a conventional oven for increased speed of service and sales
- 100 programmable menu items, 4 stage cooking and 11 microwave power levels
- USB compatibility using standard flash drives to update menu programs in seconds
