The new improved model. The Benriner Professional Super Vegatable Slicer is a more up market and ergonomic version of its similar counterpart slicers. This version inlcudes non-slip base and ergonomic grooves to hook onto counter tops and bowls.
- Thickness adjustment wheel to desire thickness. Adjustable from 0.5mm to 5.0mm thick.
- Three removeable blades come with a flat blade on the body. Fine julienne (1mm) medium julienne (3mm) and coasre julienne (7mm)
- Included hand gaurds to hold food securely and protect fingers.
- Non slip foot anchors to keep the slicer on your work surface.
- Can be hooked over a bowl to slice directly into a bowl.
