GST Inclusive or exclusive

One of the things we had to decide whe doing a shopping cart was were we going to make the prices online GST inclusive or Exclusive?? We have decided when people shop online they want to see the price they are going to pay (excluding freight) there and then on the spot, no hidden additional 15%.
