ALERT LEVEL 4:
As per Government guidelines, under Alert Level 4, BCE Catering Equipment Ltd is closed to everyone except our Essential Services customers such as Resthomes, Supermarkets and Hospitals.
ALERT LEVEL 3:
As recently annouced by the Government, New Zealand will be moving to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday the 28th of April. For BCE Catering Equipment Ltd this means that we can accept online orders via our website or you can phone us to arrange an order using a Click and Collect contactless system.
ALERT LEVEL 2:
As of Monday the 18th of May our showroom will be operating between the hours of 9am - 4pm. We will be adhereing to the same strict hygiene guidelines we followed at Level 3, plus we will ensure we manage physical distancing between staff and staff and customers in our showroom and implement good customer tracing practices as per requirements to be opertational at this level.
At this level you can continue to happily order online, via phone or email and if you prefer you will still be able to Click and Collect using a contactless system. However, we would love to see your smiling faces in our showroom.
PREPARATION OF ORDERS DURING ALERT LEVEL 3 and LEVEL 2:
All orders prepared during this time will be done by a very small team who will be following strict hygiene guidelines. This will include 2m distancing, regular hand washing and sanitising by our staff and no double handing of orders.
